Responsibilities:
1. Plan testing for assigned projects by reviewing project documentation, developing test strategies and executing test activities components using JMeter and webdriver
2. Drive test automation process and create and execute test automation scripts using WebdriverIO framework with Selenium and Java.
3. Build-out repositories focusing on the components of the project.
4. Coordinate the completion of Quality Assurance deliverables on time, as per the schedule, by working in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product and development teams.
5. Report defects in the defect tracking tool and work closely with the team to determine, prioritize and schedule solutions.
6. Provide regular status updates and call out risks and issues to release and project timelines.
7. Contribute to best practices for the team to build consistent and maintainable test automation scripts.
8. Have an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of the organization’s products, applications, systems, environments, processes and tools.
9. Prepare complex SQL queries
Candidate Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in Web Test Automation
5+ years of hands-on experience with creating test automation scripts using WebdriverIO with Selenium Webdriver with Java
4+ years of experience with planning, creating and executing test automation strategies and test plans
Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and fix failed test automation script
